When we scheduled this session for March, Renee was hoping for a spring weather. Mother Nature had a different plan though and we could only create beautiful winter engagement pictures in the snow. It didn’t matter too much because both Renee and Karl are experienced hikers and generally outdoor loving people; they were very open to a morning hike and snowy engagement photos. This was quite a special session for me because several years ago Renee’s was my very first ever senior session to photograph. So much has happened since then in her life… She went to college, lived in Chile, graduated, started a job in a different state and the most important part: found her soul mate whom she’s going to marry later this year. They are joyfully beautiful together, it was such a pleasure to photograph their love. Stay tuned for their wedding in September! And for now, enjoy their winter engagement pictures.
