The Best of 2012 Contest – Madison WI Wedding Photographer
The first post of the year is always a little challenging. I feel it’s a good idea to make it special in some way and since the last year’s “the best of” contest had such a great response I decided to do something similar again. With the cold weather outside I thought it would be good to focus on something warm so let’s think about LOVE. I chose 15 images from 2012 that best reflect this amazing feeling.
Now, it’s your turn and the fun part – the best of Ania Fields Photo Art 2012 contest (in LOVE category :)).
Who wins?
Client(s) with the image receiving the most votes.
What is the prize?
One 16×20 art print using an image of their choice taken from last year’s session or wedding.
How to vote for your favorite photo?
1. You can vote for ONE image only.
2. Choose your favorite photo below (one and only!) and vote for it by leaving a comment below this post (just click on “leave a comment” link on the bottom under the last photo). In the comment box share the number of your favorite photo and write why you like it most.
3. Bonus vote: You can have one extra vote for the same image. To receive it, just go to my Facebook Page and “like” the page first, to become a fan (if you haven’t done it yet ). Then go to the “Best of 2012” photo album and click “like” on the same ONE image you chose in the blog. Votes on Facebook will count only from people who both “like” Ania Fields Photo Art business page AND ALSO left a comment on the blog.
4. Voting closes on Monday January 14th, 2013 at midnight CST

I love picture number 10is because of the beautiful fall colors. (Oh, and the couple is pretty beautiful as well.

#4. Maybe a tad prejudiced (step-mother of the bride) but I love not only the fun interplay between the bride and groom but the soft blurring of the left side of the picture, how their bridal finery sends them into sharp relief against it and the pretty punch of orange flowers (Ok, I had to use “punch”…I watch alot of DYI. Also, I just painted a wall soft green and this picture looks awesome against it.

#2, for my beautiful daughter and son in law!
My vote is for #10. First, the colors are gorgeous. Second, the couple looks truly happy and not “posed.” Finally, the photo captures their loving expressions really well. It’s classy and timeless!
