Hannah’s Senior Session – Special Needs Photography, Madison WI
I first met Hannah’s a few years ago when I shot her older sister’s senior pictures. This year we met again, on a gorgeous October morning, this time for Hannah’s senior portraits. It was a different kind of session and definitely a very fulfilling one! Hannah lives in her own beautiful world and there’re only fleeting moments of connection with her, but when they happen it’s pure and loving energy. She clearly was most engaged in the presence of her sister Sarah. It was amazing to watch the relationship the two girls have and capture it for their parents. When we first worked together they admitted that they hadn’t had family pictures done since the girls were very little. I’m happy we had a couple of opportunities to create portraits for them that I know they’ll cherish for years to come.
