Best of 2011 Contest – Vote For Your Favorite Photo – Prairie du Sac, WI Photographer
When I thought about what to write about for my first blog post in 2012, I had an idea to make it into a contest. So here we go…!
Let’s go back to 2011 and enjoy it for a little longer… Here are my favorite images from all the weddings, family and senior sessions that I had a pleasure to capture last year. It was almost an impossible task to pick just one photograph from each session. If I had to do it again my choices would probably be different, but here in this post are my first impressions of favorites.

What is the prize?
One 16×20 float wrap using an image of their choice taken from last year’s session or wedding.

2. Choose your favorite photo below (one and only!) and vote for it by leaving a comment below this post (just click on “leave the comment” link on the bottom under the last photo). In the comment box share the number of your favorite photo AND ALSO write why you like it most.
3. Bonus vote: You can have one extra vote for the same image. To receive it, just go to my Facebook Page and “like” it, to become a fan (if you haven’t done it yet 
) Then go to the “Best of 2011 Contest” photo gallery and click “like” on the same ONE image you chose in the blog. Votes on Facebook will count only from people who both “like” Ania Fields Photo Art business page AND ALSO left a comment on the blog.

Koda – Baby Photographer, Mazomanie WI
I met with Koda and his parents at their home in Mazomanie WI. Fortunately after a very gloomy weekend the skies cleared out and we had enough natural light inside. Koda was sweet, calm, alert, very patient and couldn’t stop giggling with joy when his mom gave him a few diaper free moments. Even thought it’s the end of November, the weather was warm enough that we were able to get a few outdoor family portraits as well. As you can see in the last image here, even the dogs joined in and posed like professional models Enjoy the sneak peeks!

Marsha and Rodney – Extended Family Session, Sauk Prairie WI Photographer
Marsha and Rodney live at the edge of the woods in the Baraboo Range area. We first planned to just meet at their house and then go to a nearby state park for their session but it turned out that the place was just as perfect location so we stayed. The woods and the setting sun created a wonderful backdrop for family portraits. It was the first time when they had all three generations photographed together. Their granddaughters liked playing with the leaves and even the baby seemed to enjoy a leaf nest that her dad created for her Thank you for inviting me to capture your beautiful family.

Sasha – Baby Photographer, Sauk Prairie WI
This morning I had a chance to see Sasha in action. Just a few moments after she woke up from her morning nap, this adorable little girl was full of energy, eager to show her newly learned skill in crawling. And did she ever move fast! I was challenged to capture her as she was zooming across the floor like a ping pong ball in motion. Sasha must have known that she was challenging me – because her beautiful smile (two teeth showing) was constantly present throughout this entire shoot. I had fun – and so will you looking at Sasha in a tutu – giving the appearance of a fairy. Enjoy!

Newborn Session – Baby Photography, Sauk Prairie WI
Yesterday I had an opportunity to photograph a tiny and sweet baby girl. She was only a few days old but amazingly calm, patient and fortunately deep asleep. This made it so easy for us to capture her beauty. Even though I love newborns, I don’t often have a chance to create their portraits. Therefore, I am even more grateful for this recent opportunity. “How To Photograph Your Children” Photography Class, Sauk Prairie WI Photographer
Are you sick of taking sub-par pictures of your children? Are your photo albums and scrapbooks full of pictures with red eye, shadows masking their faces, and rarely looking at the camera? If so I have good news for you! I am going to teach a class at Sauk Prairie Community Center “Learn How To Photograph Your Children and Love It!” Master the basic elements of photography and learn how to capture your child’s precious moments, whether you are shooting with an expensive camera or not.

Eli – Newborn Photography, Sauk Prairie, WI
Two weeks old Eli was hungry when I came. He had been up for two hours and we thought he would for sure fall asleep after eating… But he surprised both me and his parents and stayed awake, happy and alert for another hour and a half! It was a pleasure to photograph him. His huge, calm, inquisitive eyes were soaking everything in. When he finally let us know that he’s had enough I still managed to get a few beautiful shots of Eli in his favorite place – his Dad’s chest

Stefan – Baby Photography, Appleton WI
Meet Stefan – beautiful, sweet, calm, happy, wonderful 2-month-old little boy. He is our youngest nephew. We are so happy to have him in our lives.
